Welcome to Casa Fellini

Learn to cook a range of meats, fish, pasta sauces, vegetables, dressings, pastries,

as well as a variety of delicious desserts, using the freshest ingredients.

Christine FelliniLa Casa Fellini Italian Cookery School has a state-of-art Italian kitchen studio.

The cookery courses are run by myself, Christine Fellini. I studied at The Cooking School of Umbria and after living in Rome for over 20 years, have learnt the secrets of Italy and its food and wines.

With the lowest obesity rate in the EU, as well as healthy cholesterol levels and low rates of heart disease and cancer, the Italians clearly know what’s good for them. They also enjoy a longer life, on average, than their European neighbours. This is attributed to their Mediterranean diet.

The schedule of courses is varied and the recipes aim to follow the seasons.

So have a go! – a fun way to learn a skill that you can very easily take back into your own kitchen.

VENUE – All courses will be held in Clophill, Bedfordshire. Full address will be given at time of booking.
