Welcome to Casa Fellini
Learn to cook a range of meats, fish, pasta sauces, vegetables, dressings, pastries,
as well as a variety of delicious desserts, using the freshest ingredients.
La Casa Fellini Italian Cookery School has a state-of-art Italian kitchen studio.
The cookery courses are run by myself, Christine Fellini. I studied at The Cooking School of Umbria and after living in Rome for over 20 years, have learnt the secrets of Italy and its food and wines.
With the lowest obesity rate in the EU, as well as healthy cholesterol levels and low rates of heart disease and cancer, the Italians clearly know what’s good for them. They also enjoy a longer life, on average, than their European neighbours. This is attributed to their Mediterranean diet.
The schedule of courses is varied and the recipes aim to follow the seasons.

During each course you will discover traditional Italian cooking inspired by the Italian passion for high quality, fresh ingredients.
This programme perfectly expresses the unique and varied characteristics of Italy through its cuisine.
Each course costs £75 per person (payable at time of booking) which includes all ingredients and wines. Recipe cards, aprons and all necessary equipment will be provided.
Classes are limited to a maximum of 6 to ensure that each person receives personal attention. The classes will be a blend of demonstration and hands-on cooking.

Preparation and cooking
Finishing touches and a well earned glass of prosecco
Lunch – when you will eat all the courses that have been prepared and also have a discussion of the menu and the accompanying wines
